Communiqué du CLEA:
Après 111 jours de séquestration, le citoyen belge est enfin libre et va pouvoir rentrer chez lui.
Ce
mardi 11 mars 2014, aux côtés de Deniz -l'épouse de Bahar- et de leurs
deux enfants, plusieurs dizaines de personnes se sont rassemblées à
Brescia au moment où se tenait l'audience relative au sort de Kimyongür.
Dans son arrêt, la Cour d'appel de Brescia a décidé de rejeter
la demande d'extradition formulée par Ankara, mettant ainsi fin aux
poursuites intentées contre le ressortissant belge en Italie. Dans leur
décision, les juges italiens arguent notamment que les activités de
Bahar Kimyongür relèvent de la liberté d'expression et que son
interpellation d'un ministre turc au Parlement européen en 2000 ne
constitue, en aucun cas, une menace.
Un camouflet cinglant
Dans
la saga judiciaire dont est victime Bahar depuis une décennie, cette
sentence sonne comme un nouveau camouflet pour la Turquie et pour les
forces qui, en Europe -et en Belgique tout particulièrement-, se rangent
aux côtés d'Ankara dans cette affaire.
Inversement, il s'agit
d'une victoire importante pour les partisans de la liberté d'expression,
pour ceux qui souhaitent que restent audibles les discours à
contre-courant, pour celles et ceux qui entendent s'opposer aux
velléités sécuritaires qui cadenassent notre société et nous menacent
tou(te)s.
Vive la solidarité internationale
Cette
victoire n'a été rendue possible que par la mobilisation de milliers de
citoyens à travers le monde combinée au travail des avocats de Bahar.
Grâce à ce mouvement multiforme, le citoyen belge va enfin pouvoir
rentrer auprès des siens en Belgique, après avoir été retenu 16 semaines
durant (dont deux, enfermé à la prison de Bergame) en Italie.

Солдаты и офицеры украинской армии! В этот трудный для нашего народа
час считаю необходимым сказать слова поддержки всем, кто носит
погоны, и кто сегодня оказался перед непростым выбором. Сейчас, как
вы знаете, меня лишили возможности отдавать приказы, несмотря на то,
что мое назначение на должность начальника генерального штаба ВСУ
было произведено законным Президентом Украины, когда его
легитимность еще никем не оспаривалась. Но у меня всегда остается
моральное право высказать свою оценку сложившейся ситуации. Я
уверен, что кто бы ни занимал сегодня кресло президента Украины, без
получения народного мандата на всеобщих выборах у него нет права
отдавать приказ о применении вооруженных сил. Вопрос о будущем
Крыма, так же как и о праве жителей Донецка, Харькова, Луганска,
Одессы, Днепропетровска, Николаева, Херсона и других городов Украины
свободно выражать свое видение будущего нашей страны, должен
решаться только за столом переговоров между политиками, но ни в коем
случае не с помощью оружия. Надеюсь и уверен, что никто из граждан
Украины не хочет, чтобы у нас повторился югославский сценарий. И
любые попытки втянуть ВСУ в вооруженный конфликт выглядят
преступлением. Мы проявили стойкость во время Майдана, нужно
проявить ее и сейчас. Украинскому солдату – наследнику славы
запорожских казаков и великой армии-освободительницы, сломавшей
хребет нацизму, - незачем доказывать свою стойкость и мужество. И
сегодня выдержка украинских военных восхищает весь мир,
балансирующий на грани глобальной катастрофы. Помните о том, что от
вас зависит не только будущее вашей семьи, народа и страны, но и
всей планеты. Помните, что ценой непродуманных действий будет
крушение надежд нашего народа на мирную жизнь. Храните хладнокровие
и выдержку, не совершите трагическую ошибку, исправить которую будет
невозможно. Не стреляйте в наших русских братьев, ни при каких
обстоятельствах не открывайте огонь на поражение, если только речь
не идет о спасении вашей жизни. И в любой ситуации оставайтесь
людьми.

Soldiers and officers of the Ukrainian Army ! At this difficult time
for our people consider it necessary to speak words of encouragement
to all who wear epaulettes , and who are now faced with a difficult
choice . Now , as you know, I was deprived of the possibility to
give orders , despite the fact that my appointment as Chief of Staff
of the APU was made law by the President of Ukraine , its legitimacy
has not yet been contested . But I always moral right to express
their assessment of the situation . I am sure that whoever held the
presidency of Ukraine today , without the popular mandate in a
general election he has no right to order the use of armed forces.
The future of the Crimea as well as the right of residents of
Donetsk, Kharkov , Lugansk, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk , Nikolaev,
Kherson and other cities of Ukraine to freely express their vision
of the future of our country, should be solved only through
negotiations between politicians , but by no means case with weapons
. I hope and I am sure that none of the citizens of Ukraine does not
want us to have repeat the Yugoslav scenario . And any attempts to
drag the APU in armed conflict look offense. We showed resistance
during Maidana need to show it now . Ukrainian soldier - the heir to
the glory of the Zaporozhye Cossacks and the great liberator army ,
broke the back of Nazism - there is no need to prove your stamina
and courage. Today excerpt Ukrainian military admires the world on
the brink of a global catastrophe . Remember that it depends on you
, not only the future of your family , the people and the country ,
but the entire planet . Remember that the price of unreasoned
actions will be frustration of our people to live in peace . Keep calm
and restraint, do not make the tragic mistake that will be
impossible to fix . Do not shoot at our Russian brothers , under any
circumstances , do not open fire on , unless it comes to saving your
life. And in any situation, people stay .
